👨‍👩‍👧 Parenting Lab

Evidence-based support and practical strategies for parents and carers raising neurodivergent children. We go beyond behaviour management to help you build genuine connection and understanding.

Parents & Carers Online & In-Person Evidence-Based

Parenting a neurodivergent child is different

Raising a child with ADHD, autism, or AuDHD comes with unique joys — and unique challenges. Strategies that work for neurotypical children often don't apply. Standard parenting books rarely help. And the advice well-meaning people give can make things harder, not easier.

Parenting Lab was created to change that. We offer practical, evidence-based programmes run by clinical psychologists who understand neurodiversity deeply — both clinically and as parents themselves.

Our focus is always on the relationship between you and your child. Understanding their brain, not managing their behaviour. Connection before correction.
