What's Involved

A thorough, evidence-based ADHD assessment

Our ADHD assessments use the DIVA-5 (Diagnostic Interview for ADHD in Adults) — the most widely used and validated ADHD diagnostic instrument available. For children and adolescents, we use age-appropriate tools alongside the DIVA-5 with parental input.

The assessment is conducted by a Chartered BPS Psychologist and typically takes 2–3 hours. It covers all the key domains of ADHD presentation: attention, impulsivity, hyperactivity, and executive function — and explores how these affect your everyday life.

You will receive a comprehensive written report suitable for employers, universities, schools, insurance, and GP records.
