Everything you need to know about our assessments, pricing, insurance, and what to expect from the process.
Getting Started
No. Our private assessments are available directly to individuals and families without any referral from a GP or other professional. Simply contact us or book directly through the website.
We aim to offer appointments within days, not weeks or months. Unlike NHS pathways, there is no waiting list. Contact us and we'll discuss the earliest available dates.
Yes. We offer assessments for children and adolescents aged 14 to 17. Our practitioners are experienced in working with young people and their families. Both parents or guardians will need to consent.
We assess adults aged 18 and above. If you are under 18 but close to 18, please contact us to discuss options.
The Assessment Process
Our ADHD assessment uses the DIVA-5 (Diagnostic Interview for ADHD in Adults) — a gold-standard, clinically validated tool. The process involves a detailed interview, review of symptoms across different life domains, and consideration of any relevant background history. You will receive a comprehensive written report.
Our Autism (ASD) assessments use the ADOS-2 (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule) and ADI-R (Autism Diagnostic Interview - Revised) tools — the most widely recognised and validated instruments for autism diagnosis internationally. The process includes structured observation, an in-depth interview, and collateral information where appropriate.
ADHD assessments typically take 2 to 3 hours. ASD assessments may span multiple sessions to allow time for thorough exploration. We will explain the full process when you enquire. Appointments can be in person or online.
Yes. All assessments include a comprehensive, written clinical report outlining findings, the diagnostic conclusion, and practical recommendations. Reports are suitable for use with employers, schools, universities, and other professionals.
AuDHD refers to the co-occurrence of Autism and ADHD — a combination that is increasingly recognised and more common than previously thought. Our combined AuDHD assessment covers both profiles in a single comprehensive assessment pathway, providing two reports in one.

After Your Assessment
A diagnosis is just the beginning. We offer post-diagnosis coaching for individuals and families, reasonable adjustments reports for workplace or education, and can connect you with ongoing support networks. Our team is here to help you make sense of what comes next.
Yes. Our reports are written to meet the standard required by employers and educational institutions for reasonable adjustments under the Equality Act 2010. We can also provide a separate Adjustments and Strategy Report as an add-on to your assessment.
If the assessment does not result in a diagnosis, you will still receive a full clinical report explaining the findings and any recommended next steps. Our team will discuss the outcome with you and signpost you to other appropriate support if relevant.
